Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on our site, and how you can control them. We keep it short: we only use a handful of cookies, and none of them track you around the web.
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the site remember things between page loads and visits, like the fact that you are logged in or a choice you made earlier.
Some cookies disappear when you close your browser (session cookies), while others stay for a set period (persistent cookies). Cookies cannot run programs or access anything else on your device.
Cookies We Use
Here is the full list of cookies we currently set:
- Session token: set when you log in or create an account. It keeps you signed in as you move around the site. It is a session cookie managed by our authentication system and is deleted when your session ends.
- locale and currency: set when you pick a language or a display currency, so the site opens in your language and shows prices in your currency next time. They expire after one year.
- cookie-consent: remembers the choice you made on the Cookie Preferences page so we do not ask you again on every visit. It expires after one year.
That is the full list. If we add anything, we will list it here first.
Why We Use Each Type
- Strictly necessary cookies: the session token and cookie-consent cookies fall into this category. The site simply cannot work properly without them: you could not stay logged in, and we could not remember your consent choice. These do not require your consent.
- Preference cookies: the locale and currency cookies. They only remember the choices you make yourself in the language and currency switchers. You can turn them off on the Cookie Preferences page; the site will then fall back to the default language and currency on every visit.
- Analytics cookies: cookies that help understand how visitors use a site. We do not use any analytics cookies right now. If we add them later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through the cookie banner before setting them.
How to Manage Cookies
You have two easy ways to control cookies on our site:
- Cookie Preferences page: visit the Cookie Preferences page on our site at any time to review and change your choices.
- Browser settings: every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies. Check the privacy or security section of your browser settings.
Keep in mind that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the site. For example, deleting the session token will log you out.
Third-Party Cookies
We do not set any third-party cookies. All cookies on our site are first-party, meaning they come from us and are only used by us. No advertising networks, no social media trackers, no cross-site tracking of any kind.
If this ever changes, for example when we add card payments and a payment provider needs its own cookies to process transactions securely, we will update this policy and let you know.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features like analytics or card payments. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change involves new non-essential cookies, ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
If you have questions about how we use cookies, feel free to contact us through the support options on our site.
