Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This page explains what data we collect when you use the service, why we need it, and what you can do about it. We tried to keep it short and readable. If anything is unclear, just ask us.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need to sell you an eSIM and keep your account working:

  • Your email address and name, when you create an account or place an order.
  • Your order history: which plans you bought, for which countries, and when.
  • The ICCID of each eSIM we issue to you (that is the technical ID of your eSIM profile).
  • Technical logs, including your IP address, browser type, and basic request data. These help us keep the service running and spot problems.

We do not collect your location, your browsing outside our site, or anything from your phone beyond what is needed to deliver the eSIM.

Why we use your data

We use your data for three things:

  • Delivering your eSIM: creating your order, issuing the eSIM profile, and showing you the QR code to install it.
  • Sending you emails about your orders and your data balance, so you know when your eSIM is ready and when you are running low on traffic.
  • Helping you when you contact support, so we can look up your order and fix your issue.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share data with

A few trusted partners help us run the service. We share with them only what they need to do their job:

  • The eSIM profile provider, which issues the actual eSIM profiles. They receive the technical details needed to activate your plan.
  • The payment provider, which processes your card payment. They receive your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
  • The email service, which sends our order and balance emails. They receive your email address and the content of those emails.

That is the full list. No data brokers, no advertisers.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum:

  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in to your account. It is deleted when your session ends.
  • Preference cookies that remember the language and the display currency you picked. They last one year.
  • A consent cookie that remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask you again on every visit.

We do not use analytics or tracking cookies at the moment. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account data and order history for as long as your account exists, so you can always see your past orders and re-download your QR codes.

Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then removed automatically.

If you want your account and data deleted, just email support and we will remove them. We may need to keep minimal records where the law requires it, for example for tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

Your data belongs to you. At any time you can:

  • Ask us what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, such as a misspelled name or an old email address.
  • Ask us to delete your account and personal data.

To use any of these rights, contact support. We will respond as quickly as we can, and in any case within the timeframes required by law.

Children

The service is intended for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, contact support and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features like card payments or analytics. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email.

Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
